For private tours, 50% of the total amount is required to secure your reservation and remaining balance can be paid in cash on or before the day of travel. For shared tours, non-refundable deposit fee of Php500 per person upon reservation is required and remaining balance must be paid a week before your travel date. Which payment cards do you accept? We transact thru PayPal to secure your payments and process refunds immediately. PayPal accepts all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We charge transaction fee for a minimum of 5% of the total amount of the tour. What is your cancellation policy? No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 48 or more hours in advance. 50% refund of the total amount applies for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance. In case of no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours before the tour, 100% of the fee will be charged. In the event of cancellation due to an act of nature, bookings will be permitted to be moved to another date (subject to availability).
